Subscriptions to Medsage are recurring. Once subscribed, you will be automatically billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you choose to cancel.
Medsage offers a free plan with limited features and no billing. Paid plans include a 21-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will revert to the free plan — you will not be charged.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Medsage account and navigating to Settings → Plan → Manage Billing. When you cancel:
In most cases, payments for Medsage subscriptions are not refundable.
Medsage relies on AI-powered clinical services including medical scribing, multilingual translation, hallucination filtering, and document processing. The costs incurred for utilising these AI services are significant, and our AI vendors and infrastructure providers do not allow us to request refunds for processing time already consumed. Issuing refunds for AI processing that has already been performed would result in a direct financial loss.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a refund for these reasons.
If you would like to downgrade your account before your next payment date, log into your account and navigate to Settings → Plan → Manage Billing. Select a lower-tier plan or cancel to revert to the free plan. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
